Welcome to Loch Duart. For over 20 years we have been gently nurturing our Scottish Salmon in the crystal clear waters of North Western Scotland. Our Salmon farms are based in Scourie on the Scottish mainland and in North and South Uist on the Hebrides.           

Raised from wild Scottish ancestors, our salmon grow naturally, for up to three months longer than average, in crystal clear waters. With a natural diet and space to swim, each fish grows fitter and leaner every day.  The result is clear in its wild salmon features: its eye-catching colour, strong torpedo shape and firmer texture. And of course, a taste that’s sought-after by some of the best chefs in the world.

As a local company, welfare and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.  That’s why we were the first salmon farming company in the world to become RSPCA assured and why we’re endorsed by the French quality assurance scheme, Label Rouge.
